Just steps from vineyards & peach orchards and complemented by vineyard walking trails, WIFI, Keurig coffee, tea and instant oatmeals, and just minutes by car to downtown NOTL & Niagara Falls.

TO NOTE: We live upstairs! This is our HOME! So you will 100% hear noise from us, and it is a farm, so we wake early in the morning. We will always be as considerate as possible, but please do not expect complete silence.

TO NOTE: There is NO kitchen in this space and NO microwave (just a Keurig coffee machine, a filtered hot and cold water system, and a mini fridge), and the breakfast is self serve style (instant oatmeals, coffee, tea).
